Northland Will Participate in R.E.D. Fridays

Wear red on Fridays to show respect and support our troops and veterans

February 8, 2022 – Remember Everyone Deployed (R.E.D.) Friday was created to bring awareness to the sacrifices of military members who are overseas. People across the country wear red every Friday to serve as a reminder of the selfless acts of our military personnel who have protected our rights and freedoms since the birth of the nation.

“The idea for the R.E.D. Friday came to me from a student who is a veteran,” President Sandy Kiddoo reflected. “Northland wanted to be able to support those serving in the military throughout the year beyond Veterans Day. We are excited to continue to show our support throughout the year through this initiative.”

To take part in R.E.D. Friday, wear red on Friday and tell your friends why! You can also tag Northland in your R.E.D. Friday selfie by using #GoNorthland and #REDFriday hashtags.
