Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit is required before move-in. The deposit may be applied to unpaid rent, fees, cleaning charges, or property damage. Any remaining balance will be returned following move-out and final inspection.
Payment Options & Savings
Pay $5,400 for the academic year and save 10% off the standard annual housing rate.
Pay $2,850 per semester and save 5% off the standard semester housing rate.
Spread your housing costs across the academic year with predictable monthly payments.
Move-In Requirement: Students may not move in until the initial payment of $800 has been received.
