Course Description
This course provides students with foundational and intermediate knowledge of operating room theory, focusing on sterile technique, surgical procedures, professional responsibilities, and patient care. Students will engage in hands on lab simulations and clinical activities utilizing critical thinking exercises to function in the role of a responsible, well-informed surgical technologist.
