Course Description
This course provides a practical overview of key issues, questions, and concepts related to peace officer interactions with communities. Topic areas include ethics, leadership, discretion, diversity, community policing, problem-solving, and communication. Minnesota Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) objectives are included in each learner outcome (P.O).
