Financial Aid Eligibility
All prospective students may be eligible for Federal Financial Aid. The Department of Education will determine eligibility through the use of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Student Aid may consist of Federal Pell Grant (up to $7,395), Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG), and Stafford Loans ($5,500–$10,500). See financial aid for more information.
Loan indebtedness from a two-year program at Northland Community & Technical College may range from $0 to $21,000, depending upon eligibility and acceptance of loans.
Veterans Education Benefits
All veterans may be eligible for educational benefits through the VA educational assistance programs. Eligibility, and amount of benefits, will be determined by the Department of Veterans Affairs through the use of the VONAPP (Veterans Online Application). Northland Scholarships
The Northland Community & Technical College Foundation offers scholarships for the Fall and Spring semesters. A simple, online scholarship application for all Foundation’s scholarships is usually posted early in the Fall and Spring semesters. The criteria for selection differ for each scholarship.
