Dual Training Grant – Early Childhood Education

Start Your High-Demand Career in Early Childhood Education

The Dual Training Grant is a state-funded opportunity designed to help you launch a rewarding career while earning an income. Through this earn-while-you-learn model, students gain hands-on experience with a local employer while completing coursework toward an industry-recognized credential.

Grant funding may cover:

  • Tuition
  • Fees
  • Required program materials

Eligible students can receive up to $6,000 per year toward their education.

  • Begin paid, on-the-job training immediately after hire
  • Gain real-world experience aligned with your coursework
  • Work with a flexible schedule while completing your credential
