How do I obtain my 1098T form?

  • Sign-in to eServices using your student username and password
  • Select the Bills and Payments link in left navigation bar
  • Select 1098-T Tax Form

How do I obtain my W-2 form?

  • Sign-in to eServices using your student username and password
  • Select the Student Employment link in left navigation bar
  • Select W-2 Tax Form
