Biography

For the past 20 years, I have worked in the ITS department at Northland Community & Technical College. I conduct training (one-on-one and group) for faculty, staff, and students. I am responsible for all ITS equipment inventory, purchasing and asset tagging. I also work at the help desk, helping many students, staff, faculty, and administrators with many types of computer-related problems. I assist students and faculty with D2L Brightspace learning management issues on the TRF campus and college-wide software support. Prior to working at Northland, I worked training business personnel at an Office Supply store in Grand Forks, ND, and also for the NW Education Coop, training K-12 students on Mac computers and their teachers on implementation in the classroom. I started my career as an Elementary and Preschool teacher at the Argyle Elementary school in Argyle, MN. I love my job and I am glad to be a part of the Northland Community & Technical College family.
