After receiving an Associate of Arts from Northland Community & Technical College, Howard continued his education at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business. Howard has over 30 years of experience in business development, training, and management. He has developed and implemented six training programs. Howard has trained and coached over five hundred individuals, generating over $20,000,000 in revenue. He has also presented to thousands of individuals. Howard is active in several service organizations. Howard joined Northland Community & Technical College’s Workforce Development Solutions in April 2024. He is empowered to serve at his alma mater and work with organizations to develop and implement customized educational programs.
