Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit is required before move-in. The deposit may be applied to unpaid rent, fees, cleaning charges, or property damage. Any remaining balance will be returned following move-out and final inspection.

Ways to Pay

Spread payments throughout the academic year. You can choose either the Standard Schedule or the Extended Flexibility Schedule.

  • Move-In Requirement: Students may not move in until the initial $800 payment has been received.

Fall Semester

  • August 15: $800
  • September 15: $650
  • October 15: $1,550

Fall Semester Total: $3,000

  • Need additional flexibility? Students may replace the final $1,550 payment due October 15 with flat monthly payments of $650 due on the 15th of each month for the remainder of the academic year (October, November, December, January, February, March, and April).

Spring Semester

  • January 15: $800
  • February 15: $650
  • March 15: $1,550

Spring Semester Total: $3,000

Pay $2,850 per semester and save 5% off the standard semester rate.

Pay $5,400 for the academic year and save 10% off the standard annual rate.

Note: A refundable $500 security deposit is required before move-in.
