Transcripts are not mailed if there is a “hold” on your record due to debt to the college or un-returned books, equipment, or other college materials. You may obtain unofficial copies of your academic record through eServices.

NOTE: If you have attended Northland Community & Technical College since 1990 and are transferring to another institution within the Minnesota State system, you do not need to request your transcript. To view which institutions are part of the Minnesota State system, please visit: https://www.minnstate.edu/campusesprograms/

Fees

A $8.65 fee is charged for official transcripts to be mailed, picked up, or sent electronically. Additional fees will be charged for a transcript to be delivered overnight.

Grade Reports

Grade reports are not mailed at the end of the semester. It is your responsibility to check your final grades on eServices.
