Course Description
This course provides students with an intermediate, preceptor-supervised clinical rotation designed to expand competency in core respiratory care practices. Students refine their proficiency in gas therapy, airway management, basic patient assessment, bronchial hygiene techniques, and mechanical ventilation while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) documentation. Promoting increasing independence and clinical judgment within the supervised setting.
