Course Description
This course introduces students to the foundational principles, equipment, and procedures used in basic respiratory care. Topics include oxygen delivery systems, medical gas therapy, humidity and aerosol administration, bronchial hygiene techniques, and introductory respiratory pharmacology. Emphasis is placed on developing a strong theoretical understanding of these modalities to support safe and effective entry-level respiratory care practice.
