Course Description
(Fulfills MNTC Area: 6) This course introduces students to the basic elements of literary study, including literary analysis, critical interpretation, and theoretical approaches. The couse introduces students to literary theory and its applications, offers framework for understanding the historical evolution of literary studies, and introduces students to a range of approaches to the study of texts.
