Title IX Required Publication of Training Materials

Per Title IX (34 CFR 106) regulations, the colleges and universities of Minnesota State are required to publicly share all materials used to train Title IX personnel at the colleges and universities: Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decisionmakers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process. The colleges and universities shall make these trainings materials publicly available on their website, continuing to post materials to the extent necessary to comply with the federal regulations. 

The Title IX regulations were effective on August 20, 2020. All trainings attended by the noted individuals above meeting the required training components (Title IX [34 CFR 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D)])  related to the implementation of the 2020 Title IX regulations. All materials will be kept by the institution for seven (7) years.
