Northland Community & Technical College will host the Minnesota Education Fair on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Thief River Falls campus gymnasium.
Organized by the Minnesota Association for College Admission Counseling (MACAC), the event brings together a diverse group of colleges, universities, and technical programs from across the Midwest. Students and their families will have the opportunity to explore post-secondary options, ask questions, and gather materials to support their planning after high school.
Structured like a trade show, the fair allows attendees to move freely between booths and engage directly with admissions professionals. Participating institutions include the University of North Dakota, University of Minnesota Crookston, Bemidji State University, Minnesota State University Moorhead, North Dakota State University, Alexandria Technical and Community College, Concordia College, and Northland Community & Technical College, among many others.
Students are encouraged to register in advance at www.strivefair.com. After registering, students will receive a personal barcode. Please print the barcode and bring it with you to the fair so colleges can scan your information quickly and efficiently. This saves time and eliminates the need to fill out multiple information cards.
Admission is free. For more information, students should contact their high school counselor.
