Description
This workshop will discuss the various stressors that students typically deal with and the difficulties to balance these. We will define and give examples of boundaries that can help students protect their time and reduce stress. We will also discuss the different types of relationships and what are signs of healthy vs unhealthy relationships. We will end with a guided meditation that students can use in the moment when feeling stressed.
