Alluma Night

Building on the success of the previous two years at the University of Minnesota in Crookston, Alluma Night has become a cornerstone event in northwestern Minnesota for promoting mental health awareness and support. "Our move to East Grand Forks represents our commitment to expanding our reach and deepening our community connections," said Michelle Van Camp, Chief Marketing Officer at Alluma. "We've seen the powerful impact of Alluma Night in bringing people together to share, learn, and find hope. This year, we aim to extend this experience to an even broader audience."

The event will feature a variety of interactive and educational activities suitable for all ages, focusing on mental health and substance use disorder resources. Highlights include a Healing Crystal Station, Giant Coloring Wall, make-and-take calm jars, an LGBTQIA+ resource booth, Reiki appointments, and Yoga sessions led by Zen River Yoga.

"Alluma Night is more than an event; it's a testament to the power of community in addressing mental health challenges," Van Camp added. "It's a night where we come together to learn, heal, and support each other. We believe that every individual's participation contributes to building a stronger, more resilient community."
