ENGL 2221 – Women's Literature

Course Description

(Fulfills MNTC Areas: 2, 6) This course is designed to introduce the student to images of women in literature by reading and analyzing works from diverse era and cultures. Students will read from a variety of genres including stories, poetry, novels, and essays written by women with the goal of analyzing the portrayal of women as daughters, sisters, friends, wives, and mothers.
