Course Description
This course is designed for students to enhance physical fitness of the body for health, wellness, and social well-being. Exercise programs and techniques are taught to improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and body composition. Students will be introduced to various methods of improving and/or maintaining cardiovascular fitness to have the ability and confidence to cope with presented physical situations.
