Description

This person will help the student services staff with the daily functions of the office. They will be the first point of contact to students, and visitors and will be expected to be a welcoming presence in our office area. They will help new students find the resources that they need, as well as using the computers in our area to help students with StarID set up and password resets, student email accounts, and D2L Brightspace. They will direct student and visitor traffic as necessary. Specific duties will include scanning documents, faxing, mailing transcripts, creating student IDs, mailing documents, using WORD and Excel, and helping the Records and Registration Staff as necessary.
