Course Description
(Fulfills MNTC Area: 10_ This course will introduce students to basic plant science. Plant growth, development and physiology of row crops, small grains, grasses, legumes, fruits, vegetables, floriculture will be covered. Soil and water conservation and how it relates to Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources will be explored.
