Course Description
This course will provide a general over view and principles of agriculture products and their relation to the food industry. Students will learn about the transportation, processing, packaging, whole sale to retail, preservation, quality factors, food law and regulations, food safety and sanitation and environmental concerns, issues of the food industry agricultural products.
