The Information Technology Services department at Northland Community and Technical College provides students and employees with computer and technology services necessary to support and enhance the educational learning environment.
The ITS department works diligently to provide quality work and support to assist users in a courteous and professional manner. They are a team made up of motivated and professional staff focused on teamwork, efficiency, and the timely support and success of users.
The Information Technology Services department will deliver quality and up-to-date technology solutions to provide students and employees access to relevant technology and services.
1.Student Academic Use -To provide students with access to technology, labs, software, support and laptop assistance with a priority and focus on academic use.
2. Customer Service -To provide excellent customer service and continiously evaluate and enhance processes and procedures in order to provide an exceptional level of service.
3. Professionalism -To work as professionals and treat everyone with courtesy and respect, as well as doing work in a timely and proficient manner.
