  • Revise Supervisory Leadership Certification/Leadership Institute.
  • COI working closely with UND Office of Workforce Development, Train ND Northeast, which also includes Lake Region State College, to meet healthcare industry need for Lean Healthcare training.
  • COI working closely with UND School of Nursing re: Certified Nursing Assistant certification for prerequisite for UND RN program. Includes class and testing coordination.

  • Work closely with 12 regional healthcare facilities address healthcare worker shortage in the Certified Nursing Assistant occupation.

  • Review and share budget reports and fiscal information with employees.
  • Annual review of the online budget request process.
  • Establish Needs Assessment Task Group.
  • Research Needs Assessment Models.
  • Select various models and present to Finance Committee.
