Excellent communication and writing skills
Knowledge and understanding of technology, web and latest social media trends Proven passion and demonstrated ability for using social media – a power user of all social media tools including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Blogs, Widgets, RSS, etc.
Experience in advertising, public affairs and online marketing
Ability to work independently as well as be an effective team player
Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Photoshop experience a plus.

DUTIES: Our KS95 Social Media Brand Strategist will work towards developing, executing and maintaining a clearly defined social media strategy in a manner that supports the marketing, brand identity and overall personality of KS95. This position is responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, managing and contributing to all social media channels in an effort to achieve station objectives. Ultimately, we need somebody who wants to help us take KS95s social and digital presence to the next level. If thats you, please read further to learn about the specific duties of the role:

Continually analyze and evaluate both existing and potential social media activities and strategies.
Conduct, gather and analyze market research to determine social media opportunities and competitiveness.
Work in a team environment with Director Media Director, Social Media Manager and entire department to identify, interpret and capitalize on social media trends.
Work closely with promotion and marketing staffs as well as programming staffs to assist in integration of social media initiatives into broader on-air and marketing campaigns.
Work with station on-air talent to help educate them on Social Media best habits and practices
Ability to cover station events and activities on evenings or weekends as needed.
Ability to monitor and contribute to social media properties during evenings or weekends as needed.
Work towards targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of social media tactics and programs.
Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of social media programs and implement improvements as needed.
Participate in and initiate online conversations across a variety of channels.
Measure the success of social media activities and report the results to management
Work with Interactive Sales Manager and Director of Digital Media to manage and execute client based social media messages into radio station social media channels
Assist in contributing to content related projects as assigned such as video, blogs, photo galleries, live chats, etc.
Builds good working relationships with co-workers, customers, vendors and the general public. Acts in a professional manner in the workplace.
Accept and follow the direction and constructive criticism from Digital Media Director and other senior management.
Assist in managing Social Media for clients as part of Hubbard Interactives Social Media Management business model as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Reports to work on time and works established schedule/hours. Ability to work other hours or alternate schedules as needed, as assigned by the Digital Media Director.
