Job Description:  
SEI is looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills to join our helpdesk in Grand Forks, ND. We provide technical support and over-the-phone troubleshooting for computer hardware and software.
Wages start at $12/hr. Full-time positions come with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K , and PTO. Flexible scheduling for part time positions. Nights and weekends a plus! We will provide all the training and equipment you need to succeed in this position!

Position Mission:
We provide technical support for custom point-of-sale software, hardware, network communications, Windows 7, Office, Exchange and SQL over the phone, or through remote management delivering high customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities
• Answering inbound calls or emails and troubleshooting issues through to resolution
• Provide accurate documentation for all caller incidents
• Following up with the customer on open issues
• Escalate advanced help requests as needed
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork behaviors and ability to work within approved processes

· A general background in desktop support and network communications
· Comfortable with Windows O/S, Linux, Office, Exchange, SQL
· Strong customer service experience
· Strong communication skills
· Strong problem-solving and research skills with the ability to take ownership for a problem
· Ability to support customers with various knowledge levels
