Job Description:  
As a member of our nutrition team, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of food service duties and have direct patient interaction through Room Service. This exciting position will provide both challenge and satisfaction while allowing you continued career growth in the acute healthcare setting. Ensure adequate amounts of food supplies are ordered and available to produce planned menus of the healthcare facility. Writing, testing, and implementing new and standardized recipes within guidelines. Hiring cooks and food service workers and evaluating performance according to healthcare organization requirements. Tasting food for flavor and testing for proper temperature; advising on appearance, taste, and sanitation of food. Responsible for training, supervision and management of Hosts and Call Center staff. Develop proficiency in management and maintenance of CBORD software and patient menu. Participate in hiring, training, scheduling and evaluation of Hosts and Call Center staff. Perform the duties on the Call Center Representative. Develop and manage a patient quality assurance and performance improvement program to maintain a high level of patient safety and satisfaction
