Employee Rights

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19.

Screening Tool

To reduce the impact of COVID-19 and comply with Minnesota State directives, Northland is requiring daily screening of all individuals entering Northland campus facilities to determine if you're authorized to come on campus.

Please limit groups visiting the campus to 10 people or fewer. See campus entrance signage for more details.
