Course Description:

This course covers office procedures relevant to a traditional office and new procedures relevant to an electronic automated office. Topics include work organization, time management, ergonomics, records management, scheduling, organizing meetings, processing mail, telephone procedures, arranging travel, and exposure to the role and responsibilities of an administrative professional.
