We receive a substantial amount of funding and in-kind services from NCTC in support of our educational mission as part of the Mass Communications program . Pioneer 90.1 actively seeks grant support from government and philanthropic sources. We receive annual grant support from the State of Minnesota through the public broadcasting operations grant to Independent Public Radio.
