In its only appearance outside its home community in its centennial season, the Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra performed a concert of baroque compositions at Redeemer Lutheran Church on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 1.
Pioneer 90.1's microphones were there, capturing the sounds of the GGFSO, and tonight, the group's board president Phil McKenzie will host the broadcast.
The Orchestra will be heard starting at 8 p.m. tonight, Sunday, Feb. 8. An intermission at 8:50 will bifurcate the concert broadcast, to begin again at 9 p.m.
This is one of several special broadcasts of area fine-arts musical groups undertaken by the staff and volunteers of Pioneer 90.1.
