Northland Community & Technical College will present the 2014 graduating class at commencement ceremonies in Thief River Falls, MN and Grand Forks, ND on May 15 and 16, 2013. The Thief River Falls commencement will be held May 15 in the Northland gymnasium at 7 p.m. with an open house afterwards in the Gunderson Commons. Northland’s East Grand Forks campus will hold commencement May 16 at 11 a.m. in the Chester Fritz Auditorium, Grand Forks, ND.
Northland grads will spread across the country in upcoming months to work and study in many fields like nursing, architecture, and aerospace. They will be tomorrow’s teachers, doctors, and elected officials. Northland’s graduating class was comprised of 833 students that were eligible to receive 982 awards (certificate, diploma, AAS, AS and AA degrees). 264 graduated from Northland’s Thief River Falls campus and 569 graduated from East Grand Forks. Northland has a long history of producing talented graduates who will be tomorrow’s leaders and this year’s class was no exception.
