Student Life Event
Students, We hope you are settling in to your new normal as we all adapt to this unusual semester. We know that under normal circumstances we’d have had opportunities to meet new people, make new friends, and enjoy time to unwind with one another face to face on campus. While we can’t grant that right now, we invite you to our first student life activity for the Fall 2020 semester. We invite you to come outside and find with us the major stars and constellations next Wednesday evening. As this will be an outdoor activity, we can have more confidence in keeping you socially distanced and thus, limiting the risk of CoVID exposure. We still have a limit on number of participants however, so there is a sign-up sheet at the Student Senate office off the cafeteria; max. number of students we can host is 24 for this event. If you’re interested, please sign up and reserve the date of Wednesday, September 23rd from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., and we will gather on the front lawn of the TRF campus, under the flagpole. There will be grab bags with snacks, and a few of them will have a donated Hugo’s gift cards in them. We hope to see you there, and our best wishes for a healthy, safe, and successful semester.
