Summer Aerobics Registration Now Open!
This course teaches the basics of aerobic conditioning while actively participating in a structured exercise class. Aerobics provides rhythmic movements coordinated with music including floor aerobics as well as step aerobics. Muscle endurance and flexibility exercises are also included to provide a complete exercise program.
