This 9-hour course will help you build and maintain your customer base by exploring your customer's wants and expectations. Learn how to build good customer relationships, how to send the right messages and how to deal with difficult and diverse customers.
Courses will be offered from 9 am - 12:00 pm in the following locations:
September 12, 19 & 26th- Park Rapids
September 27, October 4 & 11th- Bemidji
October 3, 10 & 17th - Thief River Falls.
