Duties/ Responsibilities:
 
• Develop and provide institutional research products and services for the college.
• Ability to lead teams and committees, manage projects, conduct research and policy analysis, resolve conflicts and evaluate initiatives.
• Work with leadership and staff at the system, the colleges and the universities to identify information requirements and develop products and services.
• Identify external funding sources and write grant proposals, including the development of narratives, budgets and packaging.
Minimum Qualifications:
 
• A bachelor’s degree in the social sciences, computer science, mathematics, business or a related field in data analysis.
• Experience in research and/or data analysis that demonstrates the ability to conduct sophisticated analysis.
• Experience in the design and preparation of data analysis working with relational data sets.
• Experience analyzing data with database (i.e. Microsoft Access, SQL) and/or statistics (i.e. SPSS, SAS) software.
• Ability to clearly communicate information, orally and in writing, to lay persons and professionals.
• Experience in leading teams/committees
• Experience in managing projects.
• Experience in resolving conflicts.
Preferred Qualifications:
 
• Knowledge of grant writing.
• Grant writing experience.

$19.33 - $28.35
