Duties/ Responsibilities: |
Develop and provide institutional research products and services for the college. Ability to lead teams and committees, manage projects, conduct research and policy analysis, resolve conflicts and evaluate initiatives. Work with leadership and staff at the system, the colleges and the universities to identify information requirements and develop products and services. Identify external funding sources and write grant proposals, including the development of narratives, budgets and packaging. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
A bachelors degree in the social sciences, computer science, mathematics, business or a related field in data analysis. Experience in research and/or data analysis that demonstrates the ability to conduct sophisticated analysis. Experience in the design and preparation of data analysis working with relational data sets. Experience analyzing data with database (i.e. Microsoft Access, SQL) and/or statistics (i.e. SPSS, SAS) software. Ability to clearly communicate information, orally and in writing, to lay persons and professionals. Experience in leading teams/committees Experience in managing projects. Experience in resolving conflicts. |

Knowledge of grant writing. Grant writing experience. |
