Customer Service Specialist - Aerospace Campus
Karen Paulson joined Northland Community and Technical College’s aerospace site in August, 2012.
As a customer service specialist, she provides high quality service supporting the academic programs and student services within the aerospace programs as well as faculty, staff and management support. This includes work in the admissions process, student orientation, and overseeing work study students within the aerospace programs. She also provides customer service for prospective students and their families, as well as external customers and clientele.
Karen serves as a Proctor administer in compliance with PAN and LaserGrade (PSI) operational requirements, as Northland is a designated PAN and PSI-LaserGrade testing center.
She brings with her 10 years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant and customer service specialist.
