Northland Community and Technical College-East Grand Forks offers a wide range of programs under the following divisions: Health, Business, Liberal Arts, and Technology & Trades. The campus specializes in offering Health-related career opportunities. Students can also take advantage of over 22 Associate of Applied Science degrees with articulation agreements with Bemidji State University, Minnesota State University Moorhead, and the University of North Dakota.
