Strategic Steps to Building Organizational Capacity

This training project will be impacting 288 employess across 13 northern Minnesota locations. 

The project will be conducted in two phases:

• Phase One is to implement a lean manufacturing philosophy into each of ODC's facilitites acroos northern Minnesota.
• Phase Two is to work with corporate leardership teams related to strategic development and product diversification during the later stages of the grant.
