This training partnership focuses on creating new customized curriculum to meet the training needs of the company and its employees. Machinewell Inc. has identified a need for employee development as they continue to expand and continuously improve to increase their production capacity in order to meet future demands of their growing customer base. This training partnership will allow Northland College and Machinewell Inc. to team up to develop curriculum that will support employees as they prepare for the continued growth in their organization.
