The Northland bookstores are your place to purchase textbooks, official Northland gear and supplies. Buy or Sell Used and New Textbooks, find official Northland gear, and purchase software and gifts.
Financial Aid & Student Payroll
All Financial Aid and student payroll checks are disbursed at the bookstore, upon showing student identification. After the 19th day of the term Financial Aid checks are mailed to students (excluding summer term). Tuition and all other financial obligations are paid at the bookstore. The bookstore does not cash checks.

Return Policy
The following conditions need to be met for refunds:
- Textbooks purchased for the semester must be returned within the first 6 days of the term, during bookstore hours. (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
- Receipt must be presented for all returns.
- Student I.D. required.
- Products must be in salable condition free from writing, highlighting, or creases.
- Textbooks that are wrapped in plastic when purchased must be returned unopened.
- Opened computer software and packaged items are not returnable.

- Extended Hours
- In addition to regular hours, each campus bookstore has extended hours the first weeks of Fall & Spring Semester.
