The Northland Pioneer baseball team finished the season strong with a runner up finish in the NJCAA Region 13 Division III baseball tournament. The Pioneers were the #8 seeded team in the tournament. Northland defeated #1 Riverland 3-1 and # 5 M State Fergus Falls 5-3 to advance to Saturdays game against #2 ranked Century played on Saturday. Northland lost 0-4 to Century and had to win to get back in the championship game.
