Applicants must first apply through the WorkForce Centers in Crookston, Roseau and Thief River Falls or through the Job Service Department in Grand Forks. From these centers they will be referred to NCTC admissions office and may be eligible for additional financial aid.

Our Center for Outreach and Innovation (COI) is providing special classes that can assist you in maximizing your potential through strength-based leadership. In this course you will discover your five most dominant themes of talent. You will have the opportunity to explore the meaning and application of your top themes through class time and one-on-one coaching.
People are hurting. There is a tremendous need and realistically $100,000 will not be enough.
