    Apply for Admission. Complete our online application for admission or print and mail back an application form to your elected Northland campus (mailing addresses below) and enclose the $20 application fee.

    • If you do not have internet access, call us and we will be happy to send you an admissions packet.

  • Step 4a
    Official High School Transcript. Provide Northland with an official copy of your High School Transcript or GED.
  • Step 4b
    Official College Transcripts. Request that all previous official college transcripts be sent to Northland.
  • Step 5
    Immunization. Complete the Immunization Form and return it to Northland. ( read Minnesota's College Immunization Law )
  • Step 6
    Financial Aid. File for financial aid by completing the Financial Assistance Packet online.
  • Step 7
    Reciprocity Application. (North Dakota residents only) Residents of North Dakota need to fill out a reciprocity form or complete a reciprocity application online.

  • East Grand Forks Campus
    Call to make an appointment to complete the New Student Assessment, meet with an academic advisor and get registered for classes. Call the EGF campus for a schedule of orientation days.
  • Thief River Falls Campus
